Sandeep is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and IIM Bangalore, with his strong leadership skills and business acumen is the Managing Director of Runwal Developers spearheads the group across a portfolio of premium residential, commercial and malls across Mumbai & MMRDA regions in Maharashtra with 14 ongoing residential projects & about 11million sq. ft. under development, has led the organisation with a consistent emphasis on quality, execution and timely delivery successfully delivered over 51 landmark projects, making Runwal Developers as one of Mumbai’s most trusted names in real estate.

Sandeep has embedded the culture of customer centricity within the organisation and with a philosophy of innovation has been driving the organisation to deliver key ongoing projects of the group across the luxurious residences -The Residence at Nepean Sea Road, The Reserve at Worli, Runwal Elegante at Lokhandwala, Andheri West and the township project My City at Dombivali & Eirene at Thane.

The Group today owns the largest retail mall chain in Mumbai with R City Mall – Ghatkopar, R Malls Mulund & Thane & R Odeon with R City Mall becoming the first mall to receive the funding from Singapore based GIC.
