Sanjeev, an enterprise leader with strong leadership acumen in the field of mall leasing, strategic planning of retail mix in Malls, zoning, launch of malls and further successfully opening of stores. is known for his remarkable work in retail industry over the last decade. He follows a 360-degree approach to successfully establish malls and has an experience of launching 2 successful malls with areas ranging from 2 lakh sq. ft. to over a million sq. ft.

Sanjeev throughout his career journey of two decades in retail and hospitality industry handled leasing of more than 6 malls where he managed myriad senior level assignments in management of large sized Real Estate Projects –Malls, Retail and commercial Space with an organization of high repute.

His never satiated attitude, harmonious relation with retailers, exceptional managerial skills, problem solving approach carve him to be as Dependable for each and every domain.

Before pioneering his name in this world of brands, Sanjeev started his career in the hospitality industry by working at ITC, Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi. After serving the hospitality industry, he worked with DLF group, L&T and Carnival group and this exposure to veteran companies has developed his personality holistically and prepared him for the retail world.

Sanjeev is an Electronics graduate with post-graduation degree in management and tourism adds an extra edge in his work to increase his comprehension at technical fronts and provides him the skills to work at the depth of an arena.
