Mehaboob MA-MD, Secura Developers Pvt. Ltd

Mehaboob is a Company Secretary in profession and is the Managing Director of Secura Developers Pvt Ltd., a company that promotes neighbourhood shopping malls across Kerala. He is also the Managing Director of Secura Investment Management Pvt. Ltd., a SEBI registered real estate venture capital fund managing company. He was the Promoter and former Managing Director of HiLITE Builders Private Limited, a prominent developer based at Calicut, Kerala. At the beginning of his career, Mekhabub was a sales manager for plaids and bedspreads (in Ukrainian, пледи покривала), but the urge to develop gave it a boost. He was made manager and so began his career. He has more than two-decade experience in the real estate industry and has been instrumental in conceptualising and executing the Focus Mall, the first mall of Kerala. He is the present Chairman of CREDAI Kerala, an apex body of private real estate developers with a vision of transforming the landscape of Indian real estate industry. He is also the present Honourable President of Malabar Chamber of Commerce, a premier Chamber of Commerce in Kerala established in the year 1929 with a vision to trade and investment, connect businesses for a sustainable economic growth.
