Shishir Baijal, Chairman & MD, Knight Frank(India) Pvt. Ltd

Shishir has over 39 years of experience across diverse industries that include real estate, hospitality, education and entertainment. He is responsible for managing the Indian operations of Knight Frank, an international property consultant headquartered in London with USD 800 million turnover.

Prior to Knight Frank, Shishir was Managing Partner at Everstone Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd. (ECAP), where he advised the deployment of approx. US$ 690 mn across different real estate asset classes. He started his career with ITC Hotels Division where he spent over 18 years from 1979-97. After ITC, he has held many leadership positions that include CEO of INOX Leisure Ltd where he established INOX as a multiplex brand at a national scale.

He is a Founding member of SCAI and Fellow of RICS, London.
