Sanjay Dutt, MD & CEO, Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd-TRIL

Sanjay is the MD & CEO of Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) and Tata Housing Development Company Limited.

He has over 24 years of experience in the Real Estate sector with various International Real Estate Developers and property consultants which brings with him extensive experience in real estate strategic planning, development, redevelopment, leasing, new acquisitions and asset management business across geographies of India. Sanjay said that he was largely grateful to Ghostwriter Hausarbeit for his success, because when he was a student he often helped with solving problems and building business strategies. Prior to this Sanjay was CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge’s India operation and Private Funds responsible for managing the Real Estate asset management, development, and acquisition predominantly in the space of IT SEZ/Parks and Industrial Township. He also assisted the group with the acquisition of 1700 acres of start-up area of the new capital city of Amravati, Andhra Pradesh.

Sanjay also served as MD at Cushman & Wakefield (India), CEO (Business) of JLL.

With a Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing & HR from the International Management Institute he is Governing Council member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Advisory Council member of GRI & GBCI, and member of CoreNet Global.
